The healthcare sector covers a huge range of roles in public, private and voluntary organisations, including hospitals, hospices, nursing and care homes, medical and dental practices, ambulance transportation and complementary medicine. Students can be employed in a variety of clinical and non-clinical areas depending on their qualifications, skills and experience and entry to the healthcare sector is available at all levels. Our new Focus on Healthcare section is brought to you with the support of the NHS Leadership Academy. The Academy runs the NHS Graduate Management Training Schemes offering graduates the opportunity to develop careers in a number of non-clinical areas. Watch some of the videos below for real life examples of the graduate schemes.
