How is university different from school?

The transition from school to college or university is always an important time and can sometimes be a real challenge. For me, when I got a place at Sussex University, the most obvious change was that I would be 250 miles from home. But that was part of the point. I wanted to broaden my horizons from those provided by a northern industrial town. I wanted to make new friends. I wanted to have fun. And I didn’t want to get a job!

Jagex Competition Success

18 year old A-level students, Bethan Mure, from Mansfield, and George Hyde from Bath, were chosen as the lucky winners of a unique competition to spend a day at Jagex Games Studio, with the creators of Runescape, the world the world’s most popular free massively multiplayer online game.
