icould’s development has been supported by almost 200 employers, from large multi-nationals and public sector organisations, to owner-managed businesses.
These employers are all passionate about showing their support for the current and future workforce and have used the stories from their own organisations to reinforce this commitment in various ways. They have worked with icould to run competitions which focus on their organisation or sector, posted short versions of their career stories on their own websites and agreed to participate in online discussions.
We are also working collaboratively with education and career professionals from across the UK to ensure that icould is widely available in schools, colleges, universities and careers advice organisations. They recognise the potential of icould stories to support people to make informed choices about their careers.
