"I think one of the most significant things that happened to me during my time at University, and leading up into my career, was the fact that I got a 2:2 at University. And I was, at the time, devastated, I thought my world was over. But looking back now, it was actually one of the best things that happened to me. I then decided I didn't want to do a PhD any more, and I didn't want to stay at University. Hence I moved straight into a job, and I'm really pleased with that decision. So it was a really good thing that happened in the end."
