Samaritans offer a safe place for you to talk any time you like, in your own way – about whatever’s getting to you. You can call free round the clock, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

ChildlineThe Mix offers essential support for under 25s and can help with challenges such as mental health, money, homelessness, finding a job, relationships, breakups and drugs. There’s lots of useful information on their website or you can call, chat or text their confidential helpline.
The MixThink You Know has advice on staying safe online from the National Crime Agency’s Child Exploitation and Online Protection (CEOP) command. You can also report if you’re worried about online abuse.
Think You KnowYoungMinds provides help and support with mental health issues, such as coping with your feelings, depression, self-harm and eating disorders.
